Al Raha village project containes 5 sections:

1.Town houses, semi attached villas or single villas: Fully finished including kitchen cabinets and installation of AC units. , excluding white goods and built in closets

2.Apartments: Fully finished including kitchen cabinets, and installation of AC units. , excluding white goods and built in closets.

3.Club house: Fully finished and equipped including external works. Restaurant and kitchen at 1st floor shall be shell & core.   4.Retail: Shell and core except for public areas including external works.

5.Park: External works

On this page I am showing a sample of the shop drawings that I worked  on for the town houses' area, which is shown in orange in the figure on the left.

My role in this project was in the preparation of workshop drawings for finishing works; site works supervision and follow-up.
