As a Senior Architect, I lead business development, operations, and architectural project management, ensuring the integration of innovative acoustic solutions. I have accomplished King Khaled International Airport Riyadh project, Oliver Wyman KAFD Riyadh, and Techno Gym Olaya. My responsibilities:

Architectural Project manager – Hussein Atieh & sons Contracting

Grand Husseini Mosque maintenance, Amman, Jordan: sponsored by The Royal Hashemite Court and the Ministry of Islamic, affairs, supervised by Municipality of Greater Amman.

Led the Architectural & Interior division in the project and provided engineering services across all activities related to engineering, procurement, construction, installation, testing and handover.
Dealt with all project and equipment documentation including drawings, bills of materials (BOM) and operation & maintenance manuals.

Supervise all subcontractors, including MEP, interior, and civil construction teams.
Finishing drawings development, as-built drawings, shop drawing, conceptual designs and detailed designs based on needs of client
Raise timely requests for the supply of materials and labor to meet project timelines.
Inspect and monitor health and safety hazards on-site.
Obtain and control periodical progress bills from subcontractors, certifying the quantity of work done.
Implement quality control procedures to ensure all materials and construction methods meet company and industry standards.

Kempinski hotel project, Amman, Jordan: ATCCO's work consists of the construction, completion and maintenance of four basements and six upper floors with a total area of 12530 m2 with all Civil, MEP and finishing works.

Responsible for coordinating with structural, electromechanical, and interior sectors for a 1,000sqm ballroom, a 760sqm multipurpose exhibition space, high end restaurant completes with outdoor rooftop terrace and three superb 185sqm panoramic meeting room spaces.
Oversee the entire construction site lifecycle from tender point to delivery and post-delivery activities (snags and maintenance).
Prepare, review, and coordinate detailed technical drawings and submittals.
Checking and developing plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
Ensuring that all materials used, and work performed are as per specifications
